Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you the best delivery options possible; henceforth, we are partnered with SF express couriers to provide you with a quicker delivery and are able to send to all the locations supported by SF Express within Hong Kong.

Dispatch of delivery: All the orders are dispatched within the same day of order placement.

Cut off time: 3pm everyday, after which we will only be able to dispatch the order placed with us on the following day.

Delivery time: 2-3 working days, Saturdays and Sundays are excluded.

Urgent Delivery: Orders can be delivered at the Kwai Hing MTR Station on the same day of order placement.

**Delivery surcharges may apply for other MTR locations.**

Sunday Delivery: We arrange deliveries every Sundays at the following MTR stations:-

Kwai Hing: 11:30AM 

Sham Shui Po: 12:30PM

Tsim Sha Tsui: 2:00PM

Causeway Bay/Central: 2:30PM - 3:30PM

Tsuen Wan: 6:30PM
